Purpose is to define the particular dynamic structural changes in the parenchyma and blood vessels of the internal organs and tissues in relation to changes in central hemodynamic. Morphological methods, injections, radiographic, morphometric and functional, mathematical, statistical methods are used in the research. Vessels branching in internal organs of rats are caused by specific features of the internal organs, remoteness from the aorta and vasomotor activity. Characteristic of vascular responses of internal organs depends on the type of circulatory disorders during simulation of pathological processes, accompanied by disturbances of the central hemodynamic. Blood vessels react depending on caliber: small arteries and arterioles (resistance vessels) react by constriction, larger caliber arteries - by increasing of the capacity due to dilation. The long-term effects of hypoxia on the background plasma and tissue permeation develop sclerotic nature processes that may be viewed as signs of decompensation. In such cases morphological changes that were developed in the early stages can not be reverse development. Restoration of central and organ blood flow after their previous disturbance at first is not accompanied by the restoration of the functional state. It leads to increasing of vascular responses and deepening of destruction during primary hemodynamic disorders. Gradual recovery of circulatory and structural organization of organs and tissues are observed at presence of sufficient compensatory opportunities in later periods of experiment. Application of developed and proposed experimental methods for correction of reperfusional changes allow to reduce the intensity of the syndrome non restoration of blood flow in the early postoperative period.
