The aim of the research - development and research of processes for purifying and utilizing waste waters in manufacturing printed circuit boards, its scientific foundation, creation and implementation of new approaches and methods for automated technology in industrial water supply systems based on technologies and engineering solutions application, which is aimed at preventing water contamination caused by ejecting wastes, limitation of water consumption by industries manufacturing printed boards, stabilization of cycled systems, reduction of environmental effect produced by toxic wastes, which have been collected while purifying strongly contaminated waste waters produced by printed boards manufacturing. The research methods. The research has been conducted by using the complex of methods including chemical analysis, mathematic modeling, mass transfer; the experimental results have been assessed by using mathematical methods to process experimental data. The developed ammonia feed system has been approved for non-stop pH index correction. The possibility for automatic determining parameters of solution has been defined. The perspective methods are electrical and chemical methods for thickness evaluation of metal covers: chronopotentiometry, chronovoltammetry, chronoamperometry, which are high precision ones and applicable to automatic control systems. Studied supply systems and structure of water solutions have determined engineering and analytical dependences which can improve engineering design of facilities used for renewing and recycling water solutions.
