The purpose of research work - synthesis of new complex compounds and oxide-based systems of Re(I,III) and Zr(IV) as bioactive and nanoscale functional materials, study of their properties and the mechanism of biological action forms in solutions and living organisms. Methods of investigations: theoretical and experimental investigations using preparative and technical chemistry and physico-chemical analysis by methods of thermogravimetry, X-ray diffraction, scanning-transmission electron microscopy, electron and infrared spectroscopy. Synthesized of dirhenium(III) cluster compounds and carbonyl complexes of rhenium(I) with the amino acids, studied the hydrolysis of water-soluble cis-tetrahlorodi-µ-carboxylate of dirhenium(III) and the dependence of the stability of the compounds in water solutions on their structure, methods of obtaining functional nanoscale powder ZrO2 based materials using double zirconium-sulfonate complexes and elements of II-IV groups, have been developed as a result of the work.
