The aim of work – experimental verification of the validity of the found phenomenon of phase formation of metals being electrodeposited through a stage of liquid state. Methods of investigation – microstructure analysis, scanning electron microscopy, profilograph analysis, profilometer analysis, mathematical modeling. As the results of the completed scientific research work the effect of the wave-like flow of surface layers of metals being electrodeposited under the influence of the external force directed parallel to the crystallization front, with the bending of waves by mechanical obstacles and the appearance of foam on the crests of waves was found. The effect of formation of anisotropic configuration of the deposits of metals being electrodeposited with the smoothing of morphology and decrease of roughness of their surface under the influence of the external force directed parallel to the crystallization front was discovered. It was also found that the liquid phase of metal being electrodeposited is a power liquid with certain values of consistence coefficient and exponent of power. The obtained results prove the validity of the phenomenon of phase formation of metals being electrodeposited through a stage of liquid state. The results of the work bring fundamental changes to the existing conceptions of phase formation of metals during their electrochemical deposition and determine new directions for obtaining of electrocoatings with enhanced properties.
