Research objective. Individualization of supportive immunocorrecting therapy considering the peculiarities of immunoreactivity, which depends on autonomic regulation types. Research methods and equipment. Clinical, morphological, X-ray, hematological, immunologic, biochemical, light and fluorescent microscopes, spectrometer, hematologic and immunoenzymometric (ELISA) analyzers. Theoretical and practical results. An approach to individualization of supportive immunocorrecting therapy was pathogenetically substantiated. The criteria of individual choice of supportive therapy were the type of autonomic regulation and tumor localization that determines the irradiated area. Two new schemes of auxiliary immunocorrecting therapy have been suggested: the first scheme includes Liastenum, Melatonin and Vitrum Cardio Omega-3. Specificity of effects of elaborated schemes of auxiliary therapy was established. If pelvic zone or supraclavicular, subclavicular and axillary lymph nodes were irradiated in patients with prevalence of sympathetic type of regulation, then Liastenum, Melatonin and Vitrum Cardio Omega-3 should be administered, and in case of prevalence of parasympathetic regulation in patients with irradiation of pelvic zone Liastenum and Melatonin only should be administered. In cases of irradiation of supraclavicular, subclavicular and axillary lymph nodes the supportive therapy can be avoided completely or only Liastenum and Melatonin should be used in order to improve patients' life quality. Novelty. The approach to individualization of auxiliary immunocorrecting therapy was pathogenetically substantiated, as well as efficacy of schemes of auxiliary therapy including Liastenum, Melatomin and Vitrum Cardio Omega-3 was proved. Implementation effectiveness. Early prevention of hematological, immune and psychosomatic complications of radiotherapy in patients with uterine or breast cancer allows improving quality of life.
