Objective: to determine the genetic markers, quantitative and qualitative parameters of endothelial cells circulating progenitor (CD31 + CD34 +) and changes in myocardium structural and functional state, taking into account data on radiation and family history in CWCA with CHD various forms. Methods - obligatory clinical examination, family history analysis, polymerase chain reaction with subsequent restriction of reaction products, immunofluorescence method, electrocardiography (ECG), ECG daily monitoring, eho-dopplercardiography, analysis of heart rate variability, statistical analysis. Results. Found that the presence of cardiovascular disease in blood relatives is a factor contributing to 2,9-3,9 years earlier occurrence in male CWCA of diseases as CHD, essential hypertension (EH), which combined with CHD, and myocardial infarction (MI). Among the CWCA it was found an independent negative impact of TT genotype of phosphodiesterase 4D gene on the risk of MI in patients of all ages. Age of MI in exposed male carriers of TT genotype was significantly lower than in CWCA with other genotypes and non-irradiated individuals with TT genotype. Angina pectoris, unlike other clinical forms of CHD, characterized by a decrease in most statistical and spectral heart rate variability, increased sympathetic and decreased parasympathetic control, especially in carriers of CC genotype. CWCA compared with non-irradiated individuals demonstrated a more pronounced increase in left ventricular cavity and its hypertrophy. It was revealed the essential deterioration of myocardial contractive function and the presence of systolic dysfunction in carriers of the TT genotype and diastolic cardiac dysfunction in carriers of the CC genotype. The results of the investigation were presented in 19 publications and 12 scientific reports. Product Description popup.authors Абраменко І. В. Білий Д.О. Базика О.Д. Беляєва Н.В. Габулавічене Ж.М.
