The corrugations cause the vortex flows in channels and determine turbulent mixing in the liquid. The picture of vortex flows is determined by the character of initial corrugations. It is obtained that the best conditions for turbulent mixing take place on the surface of discharge channel at active phase of current flow. It is shown that at initiating of discharge the using of linear micron thickness wires does not caused the turbulent mixing in contact zone under certain circumstances.It is established the jet mechanism of material injection from electrode to plasma in liquids. The transport properties of multicomponent plasma of discharge are calculated.
