On the basis of the measurements of a tunnel magnetoresistance effect and magneto-optical Kerr and Faraday effects we have studied the dependence of the spin dynamics on physical characteristics of laser radiation and magnetic properties of amorphous ferrimagnetic nanolayers of investigated nanostructures. It is ascertained the dependence of the spin dynamics on a dissipation and spin-polarized current density in a tunnel magnetic junction. The prospect of investigated magnetic nanostructures for application as elements of a magnetic storage and the nanogenerator of microwave coherent radiation is shown.
