Realization of primary purpose - research work is development of scientifically grounded recommendations on questions of the efficiency increase of agro industrial complex resource potential use in market conditions - was to conduct researches after the followings directions: resource potential of agroindustrial production; an improvement of economic relations in industries of agro industrial complex; problems of the use of labour potential of village; efficiency of the use of the new progressive technologies in agroindustrial production. In the process of research work implementation the methods of scientific research of theoretical and empiric levels were used, for example: dialectical - at the estimation of dynamics and economic development of agrarian enterprises resource potential status; abstractly - logical and systems analysis- during realization of theoretical and methodical generalizations; analytical groupings - for calculation of economic efficiency of goods production and for establishing connections and dependences between basic indicators of enterprises, food subcomplexes of APK, and level of theirs profitability; comparison - for comparison of fact information of the resource providing for some periods, comparison of indexes in districts; questionnaire, expert estimations, - for study of social infrastructure situatian of rural locality; monographic - for analys of forming and use of agroindustrial production resource potential; correlation - regressive method to analyse agrarian market; a graphic method for evident image of indicators dynamics. In context of the research of efficiency increase ways of agro industrial complex resource potential use in market conditions, to the basic research results which represent a novelty and expose its maintenance belong such as: it is investigated the state and basic directions of efficiency increase of landed resources use are offered; it is offered directions of development of the suckling cattle breeding in the agrarian enterprises of region; the problems of the labour potential use of village are exposed and analysed, found out the brake factors of development of demand on labour force in rural locality; it is offered a model of labour potential as a difficult social-economic system, model of labour potential recreation process; the feature of forming and use of labour potential in rural economy and to rural locality is learned, the quantitative model of labour potential of agro industrial complex are developed; the complex estimation of the state and tendencies of employment and market of labour force is carried out in a rural locality, measures are offered on an improvement employments ; the labour productivity as index of the use of the concerned labour potential is determined; methodical approaches are developed for estimation the prognostication state of social infrastructure development of rural territories; measures are developed for improvement of labour potential forming of agrarian production and rural territories; investigational efficiency of the new technologies use in agroindustrial production, in particular the basic directions and pre-conditions of innovative development of products production sphere; basic directions of government control of production and sale of agrarian products in Ukraine. Scientific and theoretical positions, which were grounded and practical measures, which were developed can be used by organs of government control, management of agro industrial development, leaders and specialists of agro industrial enterprises, and also for studing of bachelors, specialists and master's degrees of speciality: "economy of enterprises", specialization "economy and finances of agro industrial enterprises".
