Rapid industrial growth and technological human activities have led to over-consumption of natural resources, and as a result, resource degradation and depletion. Today the mankind appears important problem - the search for ways of rational use of natural resources in the economy. This problem has spread to all sectors of the economy, in particular the construction materials industry. Building materials industry is an important component of the material and technical base of construction. On the other hand, production of building materials raises a number of environmental problems, among them - the pollution of the atmosphere and soil, and the like. Increasing ecological safety and economic efficiency of the production is the ability to solve these problems. In the center of the study - a heating step is the production of building materials, and improving environmental protection and economic efficiency which will lead to the solution of many environmental problems, particularly air pollution, as well as the management of natural resources (natural gas, coal). The chronological framework of the study relate to the actual study of the environmental impact of construction materials on the natural environment on the example of a particular company for the production of building materials and cover the period of existence of the company. Territorial scope of the research is defined territory of Nikolaev region and those regions of Ukraine, where the location of the enterprise for the production of building materials. Methodological and theoretical basis of this work are methods of theoretical and empirical research, namely, observation, measurement, experiment, analysis and synthesis, and the like. The main results of the research can be used in practice, university teachers in preparing for the lectures, the students in preparing for seminars and all those who are interested in the problems of energy saving and technological safety.
