We describe an approach of semantic-syntactic analysis of natural language texts, that use the proposed method for the storage and processing of strings and metadata, and the appropriate software system. We use the hierarchical structure in order to describe images for task of searching and tracking targets in the video. We created the appropriate experimental software that identifies the object of interest, even in the event of his immobility and partial overlap other objects. We also suggest an approach to solving the problem of recognizing key words in speech on the basis of the methodology of using the method of storage and associative data retrieval in a hierarchical structure.
