The purpose of work is to improve the accuracy and speed of the models and the ability to control and the level of automation of production processes and systems. The intelligent information technologies of design, automation, simulation, control and diagnostics of industrial processes and systems have been developed by creating a set of methods of dependence model synthesis by precedents based on hierarchical models of computational intelligence in the neuro-fuzzy basis. They will automate the process of building models. This, in turn, reduce requirements to computer time and resources for model building. The sampling methods to construct models by precedents are also offered. Their use allows to solve problems of automation of technical diagnostics system building. The experimental study of the properties and characteristics of the developed methods have been conducted in solving practical problems of diagnosis. The recommendations for their use are proposed. The obtained results are implemented as a computer program.
