The research object is the control processes of the compound objects and systems. During the process of research and development of compound technical objects control systems were developed: development metrics for progress estimation of the web-projects; model of iterative planning and quality estimation of web projects development progress based on testing; synthesis method of group decision making for solving large-scale multi-criteria problems based on morphological approach; risk estimation method for GTU TU and GTU TU testing processes; model and information technology of web-oriented information systems functionality; data reliability estimation method and information technology for web-oriented systems integration; risks estimation method for compound technical systems and its processes. The practical impact is the implementation of own subsystem web-projects testing-based development process; development of subsystem for synthesis of group decision making method; composition of distributed group decision making system; implementation of the GTU TU testing process risk estimation subsystem. Developed methods and information technologies can be used in software development companies as well as in field of machine engineering as supporting processes.
