Synthesis conditions were refined and limits of isomorphic substitutions were established. The phase composition was found, unit cell parameters were calculated. Crystal structure (coordinates of atoms, interatomic distances) were refined by Rietveld method. The content of elements and their distribution in the samples were found by SEM method. The effect of substitution of lead-rare earth elements on the electrical properties of solid solutions lead-sodium oxovanadates was found. The substitution of neodymium, samarium in conjunction Nd5Mo3O16 was studied . Solid solution with cubic fluorite structure is formed in the system Nd5-xSmxMo3O16 in the region x>3. The effect of substitution on the unit cell parameters, crystal structure, interatomic distances was found. Refinement of the crystal structure Nd4SmMo3O16 by the Rietveld method showed that the polyhedron of Nd (2) is distorted to a greater extent than in the structure of Nd5Mo3O16. The conductivity of the solid solutions of neodymium modified molybdate increases with increasing of substitution of neodymium with samarium.
