Early this year all billets were polished to high optical properties, excluding two of them showed bad resistance to polishing actions. During further time of year, effects of long term sputtering on mirror samples were studied thoroughly: degradation of optical properties, evolution of relief, sputtering yield, etc. To characterize the surface optical, interference, and scanning electron microscopes were used. Surface of some of samples was studied by atomic force microscope also. To shorten the time of experiment, in all sputtering procedures the Ar+ ions with energy 600 eV were used. At present the analysis of all data obtained is going on for preparation of a joint presentation at one of International Conferences, most likely, at 17th International Conference on Fusion Reactor Materials (October 2015, Aachen, Germany) and publication in the Proceedings of the Conference.
