The purpose of the work is production technology reprocessing of products from CaO stabi-lized zirconia and mastering of improved production technology of pressing products from mono-clinic zirconia. The research methods are chemical and petrographic ones. The influence researches of compacting pressure and forming mix moisture on the apparent density of fresh formed and dried at 110 ° C green samples produced by semi-dry pressing method from CaO stabilized fused ZrO2, as well as on the main properties of these samples fired at 1750?C, have been carried out. As a result of car-ried out work it has been determined that at the influence research of mix moisture (in the range of 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 %) and compacting pressure (in the range of 50, 75, 100 MPa) on the apparent density of fresh formed and dried green, as well as on the main properties of fired samples, with increasing mix moisture and compaction pressure the indicated properties increase, and open porosity decrease. It have been determined the optimal moisture and compacting pressure provided the production of products with higher by 3 % apparent density and lower by 30 % (rel.) open porosity in comparison with these properties of refractories with the same composition, which had been produced by the Institute. Taking into attention the results of researches, which had been carried out (report about research work № 2.10-3-K-1.2-2013-BH), in this work in PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S BEREZHNOY" the improved production technology of products grade of "ЦЦГ" from fused monoclinic ZrO2, intended for continuous furnaces of quartz glass manufacture, by semi-dry pressing method in accordance with developed TI has been mastered. In PJSC "THE URIR NAMED AFTER A.S BEREZHNOY" the pilot batches have been produced: refractory products from Y2O3 stabilized ZrO2: with content of ~ 10 % Y2O3 as a sector with locking connection, a segment, a cover, a cylinder; with content of ~ 15-17 % Y2O3 as a cover and a sector with locking connection; with content of ~ 25 % Y2O3 as a cover and cyl-inder with properties, which are corresponded to technical documentation requirements and the Cus-tomer's requirements; vibrocasting crucibles from CaO stabilized ZrO2; pressing products from CaO stabilized ZrO2 as a sector and thermal insulation powder with grain size 8-2 mm with properties, which are corresponded to technical documentation requirements and the Customer's requirements; refractory products from fused monoclinic ZrO2 as a sector and a plate with properties, which are cor-responded to technical documentation requirements. This refractory production is intended to cus-tomers on internal and foreign markets. In order to further improvement of the production technology of refractory products from fused stabilized zirconia, the work should be continued in the direction of further influence researches of mix moisture at its lower (from 2.0 to 1.5 %) and higher (from 3.0 to 3.5; 4.0; 4.5 %) content and compacting pressure (50, 75, 100 MPa) on the apparent density of green and main properties of pressing samples after firing, as well as expanding production and application volumes of these products.
