Purpose - to study the features of pathogenesis of coronary heart disease and methabolic syndrome and correction of violantions by medicaments drugs therapy and physical factors. Studied the clinical features, lipid metabolism, ECG studies endothelial disfunction, coronary angiographic findings in patients with coronary heart disease and methabolic syndrome. Shown that patients with coronary syndrome X differ less significant lipid metabolism disorders, lask of obvious signs of stenotic atherosclerosis in the presence of pain, ischemic changes on ECG and positive resultats of stress test and endothelial disfunction. Treatment of amlodipine and L-arginine corrects endothelial disfunction. Using of ozonotherapy and electrosleep increases tolerance to physical activity, improves life quality, corrects indexes of endoteliumdepending vasodilatation and level of endotelium disfunction-markers.
