The aim of modern packing engineering is to manufacture high quality machines in a short time and with minimal investment in the design and manufacture of a constant complication of form and design of packaging, packing technology, the requirements for accuracy functioning of the working bodies, operating conditions, and so on. As a result of work developed a new software system functional and modular design of packing machines of granular, viscous and plastic foodstuffs in consumer packaging, which combines the synthesis procedure layouts machines, optimizing their structural composition and 3D modeling, and allows you to quickly carry out the design of new packing machines for specific conditions. Optimization synthesis of packing machines made by means of mathematical programming algorithm directed enumeration (branch and bound) to address one-criterion optimization problem, as well as on the basis of the search pareto- efficient solutions for multiobjective optimization problem using specially designed software packages. Determination of the numerical values of performance criteria of the functional modules of packing machines is carried out by the timing, methods of photogrammetry and electro-physical and mechanical measurements of parameters of functional modules. According to the construction layout circuits are designed and patented new construction of functional modules and new structure of machines for packing granular, viscous and plastic foodstuffs in consumer packaging.
