In this report we have the detailed engineer-geological, hydrogeological and geodynamcal conditions of the transport system of city studies for the first time in modern level. The features of engineer-geological conditions are exposed on separate sites, that enabled to set dependence of the state of road coverage on the type of soil bases. Natural researches of a road covering on the damaged sites are carried out. The calculations of stability of soil bases of a road cloth are executed at influence of movement of transport in program complex PLAXIS. The received results can be used at designing, perfection and development of transport systems of a city and for increase of efficiency of their operation under conditions of increase in quantity of transport and growth of intensity of movement.
