Aim - to develop a new technology for the differentiate treatment of patients with pulmonary sarcoidosis based on evaluation of the physical condition, quality of life of cured persons and risk factors of unfavorable course of the disease. A method of evaluation of efficacy of tratment of stage II-III pulmonary sarcoidosis using corticosteroid was developed.
