The research objective is a complex process of meteorological regimes implementation and their impact on the effectiveness of the water management and reclamation facilities and other complex natural-technical systems and complexes, ecological and economic efficiency of which is being determined by environmental conditions. The aim of research is to develop theoretical principles, calculation methods and models of implementation the meteorological regimes long-term forecast in terms of climate change, while optimizing the management of Water Management and reclamation facilities and other complex natural-technical systems and complexes for environmental and economic considerations. To achieve this goal, the following problems were solved: - The principles of construction of a set of simulation models with predictive assessment of variable weather and climatic conditions on the present level, and taking into account expected changes in climate in the design projects and complexes were worked out; - The principles of long-term forecast of meteorological regimes in water management and optimization of complex natural systems and complexes in terms of climate change were worked out.
