In this paper we consider materials, which are used on three aircraft enginebuilding factories: JSC "Motor Sich", "Ivchenko-Progress" and the material Rigidax applied by "Rolls Roys". Aim of the research - to study and selection of the optimal composition of visco elastic damping materials meant for finis milling of the blisks and impellers Method of research - experimental. So called regenerative effect (self-exited oscillation) reduces dimensional accuracy and surface finish. It happens in some speed range. In a case of milling out of zone where self-exited oscillation are occurs the main cause of the deterioration of the processing are forced vibrations and elastic deflection of the details. Research show that using of up-milling out of zone where self-exited oscillation are occurs is more efficient and can be recommended for industrial applications in high-speed modern equipment; the regularities of the influence of damping materials on the efficiency and dimensional accuracy is established; method of choice visco elastic damping materials meant for milling of the blisks and impellers is proposed. It allow to control effect of using them and determine conditions of processing. Thus it is possible to choose the best filler material from the introduced. Possibility of increasing the efficiency of the using of damping material used by JSC "Motor Sich" is established during the investigation. It is way for further research.
