The article of operating research is made by the organization of the working of game (ODI) as form, method, integral condition and innovative educational technology of de-velopment-growing of methodological thought and professional creativity students of the modern Ukrainian institutes of higher. The psychological and didactical ground of the conceptual bases ODI is the purpose of work as a form, method and integral condition of development of methodological thought and professional creativity students of modern institute of higher. Research methods are balanced selected and parted after the psychological criteria of com-plexity and circumstantiality on three groups: theoretical cognition: systems analysis of object and article of research; combination of history and logical methods in research of problem and methods of its decision; philosophical and sci-entific methodologizyning; selection of subsystems of difficult objects and their systems analysis; integral approaches to the study of vitacultural and the psychologiacally and social phenomena; categorizing; sociohumanitarian theorizing; typological approach; cogitative design with the use of cycling and conduct and competenting approaches in rela-tion to development of professional creativity students in the educational process of institute of higher; empiric crea-tion: study of the basic products ODI (orgproject, programs and scenarios of game and reports as a result of their conducting), got Russian and Ukrainian methodologies and games-technic within the framework of the applied СМД-methodology; supervision after the ODI use in the process of lessons; forming psychodydactically experiment (expo-sure of efficiency of the ODI system); empiric comparison of parameters of motion of different ODI; orgworks prac-tice on the methodological and methodical seminars of teaching staff of department and dr.; expert-diagnostic prac-tice: psychodydactically questionnaire, creative testing; expert estimations; methodological and scientific-psychological examinations. Except for the resulted methods, authenticity of the obtained scientific results and con-clusions is provided with the breadth of experimental approbation of the developed standards of orgprojects, pro-grams, plans and the ODI scenarios. Scientific novelty and meaningfulness of the got scientific results. The innovative edu-cational model of high-quality professional preparation of workers of sociohumanitarian sphere is first grounded, that selworks ac-tualytizing base knowledges, professional jurisdictions, it is well the developed creative capabilities and methodological thought of graduating students of institutes of higher; offered methodological model of "growing" of professional creativity at students from the first to the fifth course, that engulfs sociohumanitarian synergic of two cycles of realization by every personality of own creative potential as in directions of increase emotional, cognitive, motivational, active and afterworkung resources, so in the as-pects of readiness of graduating student to searching creative activity - actualizations of creative backlogs, realization of produc-tive creative activity and critical reflection and іn.; created theoretical model of game as onthophenomenologic given, that canon perfection characterizes the complete perfect cycle of game as doing in unity of his situation, motivational, selworks actualytizing and afterworking periods and eight synchronized phases of its becoming-development; typhologic of games is obtained by a methodological way, that engulfs four basic "mainlands" of world of game, - game-place, game-call, game-event, game-ceremony; certain terms, factors and parameters of the effective use by the teaching staff of the ODI university and as an innova-tive interactive form of study, and as a method of the practical doing of possible collective MD, and as an integral condition of development of methodological thought and professional creativity in time-space of modern institute of higher. It is specified and the onthophenomenologic bases of cognition of essence of game are specified as a method of human borns; the notion-category field of subject is theorizing, methodologizyng, planning and experimentation; logic and psychological structure of professional creativity personality; psychosocial features of the personal participation in ODI both teaching staff and students of senior courses. Improved facilities and instruments of cycling conducts approach both in development of sociohumanitarian science and in experience of realization of the professional methodologizyning semantic-normative filling of principles of conduct, recurrence, purpose of the system, synergy and quarters; main organizational documents ODI - orgproject, program and scenario of game of psychodidactically direction.
