Results - determined that the executive authorities and local MZ developed plans for responding to possible emergency situation (ES) to RNPP, which provides for the readiness of the local system of centralized notification, the creation of material reserves to prevent the ES, advance accumulation and maintenance in constant readiness of personal protective equipment (PPE) for population, training workmen to act in ES. According to experts warning system, the provision of collective and individual protection in case of ES on NPP not meet regulatory requirements and significantly different in rural and urban population. Provision of stable iodine preparations for different population of c. Kuznetsovsk and other population MZ. Group risk in case of emergency on NPP can be school students in rural areas MZ on alert and action on measures shelter. The feature of forming for self-protection behavior of population of MZ RNPP is determined by dependence on the indexes of level of alarm, subjective estimation by the man of risk degree for life and own health, namely: general ecological situation, radiation state, possibility of origin of technogenic ES. Needs to improve coordination, complete cooperation of different levels of administrative structures sent to providing needs an improvement on questions radiation defence of population of MZ Rivne NPP.
