The modeling of electrophysical and optical characteristics of LEDs quantum semiconductor heterostructures GaN/AlGaN, designed for LED-lighting, was conducted to analyze their properties and determine the conditions of optimal parameters and efficient regimes of their functioning at the loads in the energy-saving LED-lighting systems that are under development.
