Using specific bioassays on phytohormonal activity it is found that all the test compounds (at the concentration 10-8M) showed expressed auxin-cytokinin activity which was similar or higher than the activity of plant hormones IAA, NAA and kinetin. In in vitro conditions it was shown that chemical compounds derivatives of classes pyridines, pyrimidines, pyrazole-triazines, isoflavonoids (at the concentration 10-8M/1L of medium MS) showed more stimulating of organogenesis activity in the cultures of isolated linen cells as compared with phytohormones NAA and BAP.
