1.The research object is the biological process of crop formation plants, seeds of winter rapeseed varieties - Antaria, Senator Lux, Anna, Cheremosh. Purpose - to establish seed production and seed quality of modern varieties of winter rapeseed domestic selection depending on terms of sowing and norm of seeding. Research methods: field - for the purpose of studying the interaction of the research object with the factors placed on research and the natural environment by taking into account the yield and biometric measurements; laboratory - determination of moisture content of soil, moisture content in grain; statistics - to assess the reliability of the results; settlement for economic and energy evaluation of the studied methods of cultivation. As a result of the assignment for 2013-2015 were improved elements of the technological process of winter rapeseed cultivation in irrigated conditions of southern Steppe of Ukraine, namely: sowing time and seeding rate for domestic rapeseed varieties, winter Antaria, Senator Suite, Anna and Cheremosh. According to advanced elements found that in the irrigated conditions of South Steppe of Ukraine the most adapted to the Steppe conditions were varieties Antaria and Anna. Experiments revealed that the greatest influence on the seed yield of winter rapeseed in 2015, and in three years, led to the sowing time - 67,5 % and 73,7% respectively. The average seed yield over 3 years amounted, in the first sowing time - 2,33 t/ha, the second - 1,91 t/ha, for the third - 1,69 t/ha (NR - 0.02 t/ha). Among the varieties the highest yield of seed, average over 3 years was obtained using a variety Antaria 2.13 t/ha. the Study of seeding rates showed that the highest yield in three years of research obtained during normal 1.1 million PCs./ha and 1.3 million PCs./ha. Sowing quality seed in all planting dates, varieties, and standards, were in the range of 92.5 - 93.3%, and which meets the requirements of DSTU 4138 - 2002. Analysis of economic indicators for the three years of research revealed that, for certified seeds, the highest conditionally net income 39,3 thousand UAH./ha was obtained when growing the varieties Antaria in the first decade of September (And sowing time) at the seeding rate of 0.9 million PCs./ha. On the basis of the conducted research should be considered that on the irrigated lands of Southern Ukraine, it will be most growing varieties of Antaria and Anna when sown in first week of September with a seeding rate of 1.1 million PCs./ha.
