In the frame of project mechanism of NiCrSiB-TiB2 and NiAl-Ti(Cr,Zr)B2 composite materials structure forming was investigated to determine the optimal phase composition. The mechanical properties and wear mechanism of new materials was studied. The protective coatings obtained by plasma spraying, the processes of the coatings structure formation and wear mechanism was investigated. As result of research project laboratory and production tests was made.
