Research purpose is development of algorithm of proof of high technology products from feed production to the commercial situation and proposals for commercialization of innovations of Institute of Feed research and Agriculture of NAAS of Podillya. The studies were conducted in an integrated application methods such as: economic and statistical - for the implementation of analytical estimation of transfer of Institute of innovative products; balance method - to display the balance of intellectual property rights; comparison method - to compare the effectiveness of the implementation of various economic innovative developments; questionnaire method - to determine the image of the institute and development of approaches to the definition volume of production and assured of high quality seeds and providing scientific support in its growing; expert estimates - for the measurement of innovative developments of the institute by criteria of their possible introduction into production. Application of proposals for the examination of feed processing of high technology products for further transformation into innovations allowed selecting the most promising scientific ideas and evaluate the appropriateness of the legal protection of completed scientific research institute. Use of information and analytic system of indicators allows estimating efficiency of innovative developments. Are developed proposals for transfer of technological innovations in the fodder production take account of interests of business innovation process and contribute the adjustment of the implementation of management innovation in the market. The research results in the future could be used to select development strategies of the institute in innovation work. Is recommended for use in research and promotion of completed scientific developments on the consumer market.
