The object of research: linear and hybrid material, varieties and hybrids of white mustard (Sinapis alba L.), mustard glaucous (Brassica juncea L.), black mustard (Brassica nigra L.).      Objective: To improve methods of selection through the use of modern technology to create a new source material mustard (white, bluish, black). Justification use these areas as breeding practice by creating a selection process for creating highly productive varieties of mustard that combine high performance, resistance to major pathogens quality of raw materials, through genetically determined level of adaptation to agroecological growing conditions. Research Methods: - Field: hybridization, individual and family selection, okomirna rating for resistance to lodging, shattering harmful organisms; - Laboratory: Oil content, fatty acid composition, the content of glucosinolates, weight of 1000 seeds. The material for the study were collectible, hybridization and breeding patterns mustard white, bluish, black low in erucic acid in the seed. During the reporting period received a new source material that was created by hybridization and studied in field study individual plants, hybrid population and family different nurseries established in previous years breeding material. The evaluation of the available material: the length of the growing season, productivity, resistance to lodging, shattering, drought, disease and pests.            The best material when the full biochemical analysis of selective breeding and hybridization, which will be laid in 2016.
