Research Methods - epizootological, parasitological, microbiological, molecular-genetical, statistical. According to the monitoring of the epizootic situation in the apiaries of different regions of Ukraine found that the proportion of varroosis tended to decrease (59.77 % and 42.66 %), nosemosis - significantly increased (8.05 % and 18.88 %), the part was foulbrood 21.07 % and 14.69 %, mycosis - 7.66 % and 3.49 %, 3.46 % virosis and 20.28 %, respectively, over the years. It is revealed that on the background of decreasing the content of beneficial microflora of the esophagus of the larvae, the development of pathogenic microorganisms and clinical manifestation of the disease. Selected isolates of lacto - and bifidobacteria is highly adhesive: L. plantarum to of erythrocyte averaged 20 m. cl./er., to sferulotsyt - 25 m. cl/sf., coefficient of adhesion - 0.5 units, Bifidobacterium spp. - 19 m. cl./sf., 27 m. cl./sf., 0,54 units respectively. It was found that in bee colonies in the apiaries studied in experiments with amitraz killed more than 50 % of the females varroa after 40 minutes, with fluvalinate - more than 70% of mites within 48 hours, indicating the absence of the varroa populations resistant to synthetic pyrethroids. Hygienic behavior of bees with respect to the parasitic mite varroa were nonspecific activity was bees within six days, the intensity of the treatment cell averaged 64.5 % for the first three days.
