Goal - to determine the epizootic situation of genital mycoplasmosis in cattle farms and develop a method for the detection of mycoplasma PCR. Methods - epizootological, clinical, molecular-genetic, bacteriological, statistics. A survey of suspected mycoplasmosis animals from 18 farms from six regions of Ukraine. 216 clinical and postmortem material samples were studied. As a result of mycoplasma was found in three samples of bovine sperm and and in six vaginal washings from aborted cows. It allocated 5 isolates of mycoplasma from the vaginal swabs of cows and bull-sires sperm studied their cultural and biochemical properties. With Bioinformatic constructed three research methods specific to the mycoplasma genome oligonucleotides, two of which form a PCR amplicon length of 255 pairs of nucleotide residues, and the third primer using the first form specific amplicon size of 146 pairs of nucleotide residues to differentiate M. bovigenitalium. Based on the experimental data complex and their synthesis test system designed to detect DNA of M. bovigenitalium "DNA-Test-MBOVIGENITAL" diagnostic sensitivity of 103 CFU / cm3.
