Middle ear cavity pressure was measured before treatment and in follow-up. Main indications to surgical treatment the patients with RCSOM were based on anamnesis data and middle ear ventilation features in patients with stable tubal dysfunction. Patients were divided into three groups due to CT-scan data: middle ear ventilation problems, aditus and Eustachian tube obstruction. Indications for surgical treatment of Eustachian tube obstruction were proposed. Prolonged tympanostomy recommended in cases without any CT-scan signs of aditus obstruction. Tympanostomy and mastoidotomy with double mastoid drainages indicated for cases with middle ear ventilation problems and aditus obstruction. Tympanostomy and mastoidotomy with double mastoid drainage and one-stage renewal of Eustachian tube cross abilities indicated for cases with aditus and tube blockage. Results of treatment were evaluated in nearest period and in follow-up with positive and negative pressure measuring. Time objective criteria of tympanic tube stay were found - due to the evaluation of inflation-deflation test. Grommets should be stay 9 months in patients of 1stgroup and 12 months in patients of 2nd group. Middle ear cavity ventilation recovery in follow up was noted in 87 % of patients.
