The optimum process parameters of synthesis, compaction and sintering, leading to an increase in material properties were indentified. It was continued study the electrical properties of the electrolyte and cathode materials. It is shown that complex alloying of base materials allows increasing the ionic conductivity of the electrolyte material and coefficient of volume diffusion of cathode material.
