The results of the realization of this project correspond to the modern level of investigation of the chosen problem sphere. In the process of the theoretical - experimental working - out of the IPD (individual-professional development) problem and its optimization we based ourselves on the investigation results presented in the works both of Ukrainian and foreign psychologists (O. Anisimov, O. Asmolov, V. Viliunas, A. Derkach, Ye. Klimov, M. Kolominskyi, P. Kraig, I. Mansurov, A. Maslou, D. Maiers, B. Parygin, Zh. Piazhe, M. Rober, V. Slobodchykov, etc.). In Ukraine some scientific researches concerning individual-professional development of students-psychologists touching upon the psychological aspect of the investigated problem are being carried out. O. Bondarenko, M. Kolominskyi, V. Panok, N. Poviakel present the idea of introducing "level" approach in the context of solving the problem of training and further professional formation of psychologists, which foresees the accurate structure of a future specialist's skills and qualities. According to N. Chepelieva, V. Panok, N. Poviakel, the main components of the practical psychologist's personality model are motivation - purpose-oriented, cognitive, operational-technological, commutative-role and regulative substructures. Professional formation and its stages are represented in the investigations carried out by S. Maksymenko, V. Shadrikov, L. Mitina, A. Markova, V. Zazykin, etc. The actuality of our investigation is caused by the objective need for studying, assessment and creative reinterpretation of the best achievements of psychological science presented in the works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists concerning the individual - professional development optimization from the modern methodological standpoints. The indispensable condition for ensuring the problem is the systematization and generalization of the useful practical experience and innovation ideas, in particular, the accomplishment of the systemic analysis of theoretical aspects of conceptual principles for optimization of the individual - professional development of future practical psychologists during the period of studying at higher educational establishments of Ukraine, which is manifested in the high level preparedness for professional activity that is an integrating index of the individual professional development optimization. So the fundamental investigation concerning working out the conceptual model of future practical psychologists' optimization of individual - professional development during the process of their studying at higher educational establishments of Ukraine corresponds to the world scientific educational standards in modern investigations. Its implementation will promote future specialists' mastering professional knowledge, skills and habits, successful adaptation, intensification and professional identification of future psychologists, their conscientious attitude to their own professionalization, development of professional motivation and professionally important qualities.
