Objective: search for the possibilities of using polymer-abrasive tools for finishing and decorating the processing and recovery of machine parts on the enterprises aeroengine industry and general engineering. Methods: Mechanical engineering methods - for the researchs and control surfaces of studied parts; metallo-graphic methods - to determine the depth of the oxidized or burned layer on the surfaces of parts after prolonged use. Results of research: developed technologies and technological recommendations on the use of polymer-abrasive tools for polishing trough and back blades, deburring and rounding of sharp edges of liners, finishing processing of different GTE disks, cylindrical and bevel gears, sprockets, rings, hulls, removing varnish, etched or oxidized superficial layer, heat-resistant and protective coatings can be used for the processing of similar parts or materials in different branches of engineering.
