The purpose – to improve the methodology of primary seedgrowing of bread winter wheat. Methods: - field, laboratory (the analysis of morphometric characters, determination genetic polymorphism by electrophoretic spectra storage proteins, DNA typing on 15 microsatellite loci by methods RAPD, ISSR, SSR), statistical. Results: Was developed a phased system of identification of bread winter wheat varieties by the level of heterogeneity: stage I - 8 morphometric and 16 qualitative and alternative features, stage II– by biochemical markers, stage III – by molecular markers, depending on the state of the microsatellite loci. The regularities of interaction of different-quality genotypes in varietal populations with different levels of heterogeneity were determined. By the method selection of binary or composite mixes with a full ratio of seeds separate lines created balanced varietal populations which more productive with the best complex of features (for example, the variety Harmoniya odes?ka). It were Determined regularity of efficiency of intravariety selections from the level of heterogeneity of the varieties. On the basis of this regularity was created the variety Nota odeska which demonstrated sustainable advantages over the original varieties, and national standards on yield and other valuable features. It was proved that the differentiated selection scheme of primary seed growing and volume of selection provides an opportunity to reduce the deadline for receipt breeding seeds for 1-2 years and to reduce costs by 20-30%, and to support a high level of genetic identity, uniformity and stability of varieties Aplication: Scientific methodological manual «Biocoenosis genetic processes in varietal populations and their role in the breeding and primary seedgrowing of bread winter wheat» to the print was submitted.
