Dolishniy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" popup.description2 The conceptual and terminological apparatus of investigation of socio-cultural development of regions in the context of the analysis of internal forced migration are improved; the theoretical, methodological and applied bases of formation of mechanisms of integration of potential internally displaced persons in the host society are analyzed. Key factors of social risks of social and cultural development of the region in the context of the concept of «risk society» are inidentified. Reasonable mapping and functional aspects of manifestation of the factors of forced migration in particular, factors of the regional economy, and more specifically the degree of loyalty and dissociation of the habitats of migratory activity of the population, and functional aspects factors risk interaction are found. The content of the modernization of the effect of socio-cultural development of the region due to the use of the capacity of the IDP is substantiated, which is the result of a process of socio-cultural integration of IDP in the environment-society, which reflects the achievements of the subject of the state migration policy towards harmonization of the relations of character goals. Semantic content of the modernization effect is revealed, which is determined by economic, historical, cultural, legal, ethnic, psychological determinants. The need for the formation of a multi-purpose monitoring of internally displaced persons in the subject of study of processes of their integration, reintegration and transit in the region are investigated. Mechanisms of socio-cultural integration and adaptation capacities of internally displaced persons in regional social development on the basis of a special questionnaire survey in selected regions of Ukraine are reasonably. Priority objectives strategies socio-cultural development of regions in conditions of high dynamics of internal migration and the need for effective use of the potential of internally displaced persons are developed.
