Production of such systems in Ukraine is missing , so there was the task of development and manufacture of this systems. The aim of the second phase of the project is to connect, design and mounting of printed plates, correction of principle electrical schemes nodes by the results of their laboratory tests, developing the general design documentation, manufacturing nodes and blocks. To achieve this aim the general principles of the analysis and synthesis of principle schemes were analyzed, the element base choice was motivated, the main specifications of key components and blocks of the system were determined.
