The purpose of research: development of sanitary norms and rules on the choice and use of new modern residential and collective systems for the purification of drinking water in areas of direct consumption of considering regional characteristics of the original water. Methods: Literary search, questionnaire, hygienic assessment, health (physical, chemical and microbiological), toxicological and hygiene (haematological, biochemical, immunological), epidemiological surveillance, and medical and mathematical statistics. It is proved by the results of the survey (700 questionnaires), personal experimental animal studies and epidemiological observations in humans (population c. Kherson), even drinking water from underground sources of excess natural low-toxic mineral that most substandard groundwater is a general hardness, dry residue, sulphates, chlorides, iron, if prolonged consumption leads to changes in animals and the development of the population of some vodozalezhnyh abnormalities (coronary heart disease, hypertension, gastritis, gastric ulcer) that reliably confirmed by statistical and mathematical methods. It is shown that the best way improve the quality of piped drinking water from surface sources or substandard water from underground sources in current conditions it is used for purification of household filters or collective systems directly in the places of its consumption. Based on in-depth research, this modern household hygienic assessment (9 units) and collective water treatment systems (7 units), first proposed scale of assessment of their effectiveness for impurities of water (up to 50% - in part (51-95% - a deep, 96-99% - almost complete), carried out by this scale, comparative assessment vodoochyschuvachiv based on different methods of treatment (adsorption, ion exchange, membrane, electrochemical), identified their strengths and weaknesses and so on. Developed hygiene recommendations on the selection and use of household filters and water treatment systems for collective water purification of drinking water for different regions, taking into account the peculiarities of its structure and content of impurities that need correction.5481 Product Description popup.authors Дідик Н.В.
