An application of general controlled hyperthermic perfusion during surgical interventions due to infective endocarditis was suggested which allows radically reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and hospital mortality. General controlled hyperthermic perfusion in the surgical treatment of infective endocarditis modifies the production of body heat shock proteins 70 kDa, which regulate the activity of cellular and humoral immune response through intranuclear transcription factor. Induction of expression of heat shock proteins is considered as a new approach to the creation of new methods of direct activation of the immune system and the expansion of indications for clinical usage of hyperthermic perfusion.
