Objective: To determine the main radiation and hygiene factors which form internal exposure doses of population of contaminated areas at current stage ChNPP accident on the basis of comprehensive radiation monitoring. Methods: dosimetric, radiochemical, mathematical, statistical. Results: The complex radiation monitoring of internal exposure levels for residents of 9 settlements in Kyiv, Rivne and Zhytomyr regions was performed. The WBC-measurements results showed that last year the internal exposure levels were commonly reduced when comparing with results of own last research. For inhabitants of Kyiv district the levels were reduced at 40-100 % during 2010-2013, for inhabitants of Rivne district they were reduced at 15-30 % during 2011-2014. There were no changes in internal exposure doses with season. Those levels was no season dependence. The settlement average content of incorporated 137Cs during 2012 - May, 2015 didn't practically change for residents of Zhitomyr district, but from May to October it was significantly reduced at 34-56 % for adults. It can be firstly explained by the fact the population dietary intake was poor for products of forest origin this autumn because little precipitations had given bad harvest of such products and secondly the autumn milk samples presented the reduced 137Cs levels. It was found that the most part of internal exposure dose of inspected residents from settlements in Rivne and Zhytomyr district had been formed by 137Cs intake with victuals produced by local farming - milk and products of natural origin - especially dried mushrooms and berries. There was no significant contribution of 90Sr to the internal dose because its content in the products is much lower than the permissible level. For residents of inspected settlements of the Kyiv region, where the content of radionuclides in milk and potatoes is much lower than the permissible levels regulated by hygienic standards "GN 6.6. 1. 1-130-2006", the most part of exposure dose is formed by forest origin victuals consumption.
