Purpose - improving methods for determination of energy efficiency at different levels of economic management with the development of methods and tools for the identification of viable potential energy savings, development of databases on energy efficiency indicators for the structure of the new classifier of economic activities with the definition of energy saving potentials in the sectors. Research methods - economic-mathematical, statistical analysis, system analysis. The report shows the following results of research: the study of existing indicators of economic activity at different levels of economic management, the allocation of four levels of research and indicator sets energy efficiency for economic activities (EА) and subordinate structures with comparing circuit of the national economy by NACE 2005 and NACE 2010; determination based on retrospective statistics most energy-intensive economic activities and energy consumption with adaptation to the new NACE 2010. The new information database efficiency indicators of economic activity for the 2003-2013 biennium, and filled the available information from state statistical reporting forms for 2003- 2013 Improved methods for determination of energy efficiency under the new NACE-2010 and expedient method for determining the cost saving potential regarding the definition of integrated assessment of economic efficiency saving measures. Determined cost-effective energy saving potential by changing the structure of the economy under two scenarios up to 2030 by country and aggregated EА detailing the level of production in energy intensive types of products processing industry. Scientific novelty of the results is creating a database of energy efficiency indicators at different levels of structural construction economy for the 2003-2013 biennium, Corresponding classifier NACE 2010; improving methods for determining the economically viable potential energy savings at different levels of management of the economy; the calculation of forecasted savings of fuel, heat and electricity to 2030 for the most energy-intensive economic activities on certain possible scenarios structural and technological changes in energy and types of production manufacturing for improved methodology and developed software.
