The project aims at developing technological approaches to obtain and study the physical properties of nanostructures, nanoparticles and films microstructure II-VI compounds and solid solutions based on them. It was investigated the structural, optical, photoluminescent and electrical properties of these layers. For films and nanostructures used as vacuum deposition methods (CSVS) and chemical vapor deposition method from a solution (CBD). and Spay-pyrolysis. The influence of physical and technological conditions of deposition composites structure and content of extended defects. Comparison of properties of nanostructures and films obtained by different methods. The influence of structural and substructure features of materials on their structural and sensor characteristics. As a result of research obtained semiconductor structure with optimized physical properties for further use in optoelectronics, spintronics and solar energetics
