Object of research - grinding hard materials. The purpose of work is to create theoretical basics of hardware and software management regenerative vibrations when grinding hard materials. Methods based on scientific technology engineering positions, forming surfaces, grinding processing, computer math, geometric modeling, probability theory, applied statistics. The results confirmed the findings and recommendations mold computer-based experiments on algorithms and methods developed and implemented copyright collective. Practical results - software development methodology and statistical modeling object-oriented working surface of diamond abrasive tools to gain practical recommendations for regulating the level of vibrations when grinding complex products. Enterprises Ukraine received the opportunity to reasonably take technological solutions for effective use of grinding in the processing of products responsible destination. The practical results of the work will be the realization on machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
