In this comparison will be made as to the results of other well-known authors, and where possible with the results obtained from the use of modern software license . The underlying hypothesis is adopted in solving the tasks , there is the hypothesis of continuum mechanics and fracture mechanics . Implementing the work will be based on the use of the ITU in its range - the initial approximation method when solving systems of algebraic equations ITU. The main working hypotheses proposed for solving the tasks is the hypothesis of continuum mechanics and fracture mechanics ( mechanics of cracks ).
