Objective: To increase the reliability of individual prognosis of CRC varieties complexes objective by identifying prognostic factors and develop their algorithm histology considering ztsiplennya morphological, histochemical and immunohistochemical characteristics. Methods and apparatus: histological, histochemical, immunohistochemical, morphometric, densiometrychni, statistics; Laboratory pH meter, weight torsion. Studies have shown that in adenocarcinomas of the colon with increasing degree of dedifferentiation (G) is an increase in the relative proportion of cells with nuclei that are most relevant to functionally active and vice versa. The elimination of non-viable morpho-functional types of tumor cells in adenocarcinomas of the colon occurs simultaneously with increasing degree of cell heterogeneity. Achieving a balance between these processes is the period after which the tumor begins to decrease the level of cell heterogeneity. Accordingly, adenocarcinoma cell heterogeneity is not linear, and the function that is close to parabolic. Tumors varying degrees dedyferentsiatsiyi quite sharply differ on a set of parameters. These differences can be used to create diagnostic criteria. AS for the following parameters are: the average of the amount of DNA in the tumor, its ploidy, and perhaps with it not directly linked to the mechanism of tumor development, the number of nucleolar organizers and their volume index of proliferation, the expression of Bcl-2 and p53, and the relative proportion of viable cells conditionally. As in the previous study observed the impact of the combined actions of the amount of DNA, number of nucleolar organizers and proliferation index that indicates not only the prognostic value of these factors, but also the diagnostic feasibility of their use. Individual features state nuclei AS (amount of DNA, the number and amount of nucleolar organizer, the frequency of expression of Ki67, Bcl-2 and p53) are not independent prognostic value in use and can not act as criteria for direct prediction. Derived from a number of features can act fairly important criteria for forecasting (including nNOR / Ki67, nNOR ? NDNA and nNOR ? NDNA / Ki67). Moreover, mathematically expressed dependence when used as a survival model is not linear, as described in more complex functions (exponential in this case). Based on the equation Cox proportional intensities model received good quality survival for patients with AS G2 and G3, with larger mean DNA content in the nuclei of tumor cells. The model demonstrates the AU survival quality, twice what is typical for models built using only the degree dedyfferentsiyuvannya (G), which is now virtually the only independent histological criteria generally forecast. Range of application pathological anatomy, oncology.
