The thymocytes possess the greatest ability to form FLRs. Their co-culturing with MSCs potentiates the induction of differentiation of these cells into osteogenic direction. It opens up the new ways to study the contact interaction between MSCs and HSCs in aspect of collagenoses pathogenesis. The HSCs and MSCs co-transplantation is significantly expressed more than individual cells alone. It helps to regenerate the immune system after the lesion caused by cyclophosphamide. Contact interaction of these cells in vitro also significantly changes their properties when transplanted into immunodeficient animals. It allows selecting the conditions for the directed creation of cell biologics with specific mechanism of regenerative effect. Product Description popup.authors Галицька С.М. Демченко Д.Л. Зубов Д.О.
