Aim of investigation is to study the role of the brain neurotransmitter systems in the neuroendocrine disorders of reproduction and adaptation induced by prenatal stress,as well as efficacy of use of neurotropic drugs for their prevention. Methods: physiological, biochemical, hormonal, statistics. Results: It was demonstrated the role of noradrenergic system in programming of functional disorders of reproduction and adaptation induced by prenatal stress.It was proved that these disorders can be prevented via pharmacological inhibition of the central nervous system stress-realizing mechanisms. The results of the study show potential hazard of methyldopa and phenibut administration in pregnants for reproductive health of the offsprings.
