Komisarenko Institute of Endocrynology and Metabolism of the National Academy of Medical Science of Ukraine" popup.description2 Object of study: the violation of physical and sexual development during endocrinopathy, which are accompanied by changes in the content of growth hormone, gonadotropins and essential trace elements. Aim of the study:determination of risk factors for idiopathic short stature; study the effectiveness of treating patients with short stature and growth hormone stored function; study of the content of essential trace elements in patients with growth hormone deficiency; study of risk factors for cardiovascular disease and early diagnosis of metabolic disorders in children and adolescents with different degrees of obesity; determination of lipid metabolism in children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes; determination markers of diabetes microangiopathy of different study of compensation and long term of disoders. Methods and equipment: auksologocal, biochemical, immunoenzymic methods, X-Ray, radioimmunologic, colorymetric, X-ray fluorescence spektrometrіya. Results: determined algorithms for the treatment of growth disorders in children and adolescents, depending on the mutation of growth hormone (D112G is the R77C) and stage of puberty (monotherapy RGR, ALG - WG RGR + SAL - WG). Studied microelement condition patients with short stature, and also studied the correlation relationship between the state of the GH/ growth factors and micronutrients and improved treatment of children with various forms of dwarfism. Improved treatment regimens of patients with idiopathic short stature. Defined therapeutic approaches to the use of drugs RGR in patients with growth hormone deficiency in the period of puberty and post-pubertal and justified the need for the appointment/continuing therapy with RGR in young adults. Identified markers of diabetic microangiopathy in children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes, with varying degrees of compensation and duration of the disease. Theoretical and practical novelty: the data obtained represent a new and important information that will be considered in further studies on the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the hypothalamic- pituitary system in children and adolescents. Novelty and advantages over analogues: For the first time investigated hormonal and microelement condition, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism in the hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction in children and adolescents. On the basis of violations designed optimal algoritms of diagnostics and therapy disoders of hypotalamo-hypophysis system. Efficacy of introduction: introduction of the results of study will include publication of articles in Ukrainian and foreign journals, by presentations at scientific congresses and conferences. Sphere of application: endocrinology.
